GORDON J. CHRISTENSEN, DDS, MSD, PhD
Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and Director of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC) in Utah, an international continuing education organization providing courses and videos for all dental professionals.

Dr. Christensen has presented over 45,000 hours of continuing education throughout the world and has published many articles and books.

Gordon and Dr. Rella Christensen are co-founders of the non-profit Gordon J. Christensen CLINICIANS REPORT (previously CRA), which Rella directed for many years. Since 1976, they have conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known CRA Newsletter now called CLINICIANS REPORT.

Gordon's degrees include: DDS, University of Southern California; MSD, University of Washington; PhD, University of Denver; an Honorary Doctor of Science from Utah State University, and an honorary Doctor of Dental Education and Research from Utah Valley University.
 
Early in his career, Gordon helped initiate the University of Kentucky and University of Colorado Dental Schools and taught at the University of Washington. 

Gordon is a practicing prosthodontist in Provo, Utah.  Gordon and Rella's sons are both dentists.  William is a prosthodontist, and Michael is a general dentist.  Their daughter, Carlene, is a teacher.

Gordon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow and Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow in the Academy of Osseointegration, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of General Dentistry (Hon), Royal College of Surgeons of England, and an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Some of his other memberships include: American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry; International Association of Dental Research; Academy of LDS Dentists; American Academy of Restorative Dentistry; American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics; Academy of Operative Dentistry; and International College of Prosthodontists.



RICHARD NAGELGERG, DDS
Dr. Richard Nagelberg has been practicing general dentistry in suburban Philadelphia for over 28 years. He has international practice experience, having provided dental services in Thailand, Cambodia, and Canada. Richard has served on many boards and advisory panels. He is a co-founder of PerioFrogz.com, an information services company, and is a speaker, clinical consultant and key opinion leader for several dental companies and organizations. He is also a recipient of Dentistry Today’s Top Clinicians in CE, 2009, 2010, and 2011. A respected member of the dental community, Richard lectures internationally on a variety of topics centered on understanding the impact dental professionals have beyond the oral cavity.


Gerald Niznick, DMD, MSD
Dr. Gerald A. Niznick graduated from the University of Manitoba Dental School and earned a Masters degree in Prosthodontics at Indiana University. As founder and President of Core-Vent Bio-Engineering and Paragon Dental Implant Company (1982-2001), Dr. Niznick revolutionized the implant industry with the introduction of his patented internal hex connection that has become the cornerstone of modern implant design. In his current role as President of Implant Direct LLC (founded 2004), he has created a price-point shift in the industry with All-in-1 packaging.

Frank Spear, DDS, MSD
As the founder and director of Spear Education, Dr. Spear continues to be recognized as one of the premier educators in esthetic and restorative dentistry in the world today. Dr. Spear earned his dental degree from the University of Washington in 1979, and an MSD in periodontal prosthodontics in 1982, also from the University of Washington. Dr. Spear is an Affiliate Professor in the graduate prosthodontics program at the University of Washington.  He and long time practice partner Dr. Greggory Kinzer maintain a private practice in Seattle limited to esthetics and fixed prosthodontics. In addition to his faculty and practice responsibilities, Dr. Spear maintains a busy lecture schedule, presenting dental continuing education in North America, Europe and Asia. He has been recognized by numerous associations for his contributions to dentistry. In 1993, he was awarded the Christensen Award for Excellence in Restorative Education from the Chicago Dental Society. In 1995, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry presented him with a special award for having advanced the art and science of cosmetic dentistry in the United States. In 1996, he became the third recipient, after Dr. Morton Amsterdam and Dr. Walter Cohen, to receive the Saul Schluger Memorial Award for Excellence in Diagnosis and Treatment Planning from the Seattle Study Club. He earned the 2004 Distinguished Alumnus Award from Pacific Lutheran University.

Dr. Spear’s memberships include the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, the American College of Prosthodontists, the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Spear is a former President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.
